PERIPHERAL VASCULAR DISEASE

PERIPHERAL VASCULAR DISEASE
  • It is estimated that at least 8 million people in the United States suffer from Peripheral Vascular Disease. It is a disease which results in leg pain, difficulty walking long distances, and an increase chance of a number of problems related to decreased blood flow.

  • For most patients, they are not aware this is a problem until later in the disease. At that time, drastic measures including surgery are the only option.

  • At Bluegrass Vascular Institute, our goal is to provide the community with the knowledge and options to treat Peripheral Vascular Disease before patients need surgery.

  • We provide Nonsurgical options that can be performed in an outpatient setting. Patients always go home the same day and can see improvement almost immediately.
